About the Role:
PLM INC is looking for a motivated and experienced Mowing Crew Foreman to lead our grounds maintenance team in Woodbridge, VA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive quality, efficiency, and team performance across commercial and residential mowing operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a mowing crew on daily lawn maintenance routes and landscaping assignments
- Operate commercial mowing equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, and string trimmers
- Ensure all work is completed to quality standards, on schedule, and within safety guidelines
- Train and mentor crew members on proper equipment operation and turf care techniques
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate with management regarding job progress, crew performance, and site issues
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and ensure customer satisfaction on every visit
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lawn care, grounds maintenance, or landscaping
- Prior crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency operating commercial mowing and grounds maintenance equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
